Self-released at the start of 2011 “Replete” is the nine-track debut album gracefully setting the scene for Chailo Sim with a highly anticipated emergence from Wales.
The movements of last year’s seasons can be heard in much of the music, with cinematic tracks “Latch” and “Rise and Fall” receiving critical acclaim from BBC Introducing 6 Music Tom Robinson & Gideon Coe, Radio Wales Adam Thomas Walton, Bethan Elfyn & Alan Thompson, Radio 2 Steve Lamacq, Radio 1 Huw Stephens & Jen Long and featured on the much-admired Internet Radio show ‘Beneath The Surface’ hosted by Simon Raymonde (Bella Union). Recent live shows include headline slot for Huw Stephens at The Social, a phenomenal slot at The Green Man Festival plus intimate shows with Gruff Rhys, Cate Le Bon and Ben Howard.
