Sŵn Festival has a strict no refund policy unless a circumstance arises that the promoter deems necessary to provide a refund for. In the unlikely event of any artist cancellations, the tickets remain non-refundable and the promoter reserves the right to make line-up alterations where necessary.
If you are unable to attend the event, the tickets are non-refundable. The festival does not condone the use of secondary ticketing platforms but you might wish to engage with a face value resale platform such as Twickets to sell your tickets on at face value.
If some elements or part of the event is cancelled (e.g 1 day out of a 3-day festival), the promoter reserves the right to offer pro-rata refunds accordingly but is not obliged to. If the Festival is cancelled, the Promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses wasted or incurred by the ticket-holder including but not limited to: accommodation or transport costs, or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.
